I live an active lifestyle, love the gym, and like keeping fit, but what makes me feel the best about myself and keeps my body in tip top shape is water intake. Plain old H2O. I start my morning with warm water and lemon and ensure I drink a large quantity of water all day, especially before meals or when I feel "hungry". Did you know that most of the time your body feels hungry it might actually just be thirst, well if you always have a water bottle handy you will never eat for the sake of eating and your body will stay hydrated. These graphic tanks are so encouraging whether it's time to head to spin class, or I'm just out for a walk, making sure that my body, mind and heart are all in sync encourages the healthiest of lifestyles.
