HOLIDAY WORKOUT


Happy Hump day! With Christmas just around the corner and holiday eating in full swing, it is important to take time for yourself both physically and mentally, I personally find working out to be a great stress reliever and at the busiest, most stressful time of the year a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout is the best way to sweat it out! Below is a full body HIIT workout that I do once or twice a week in rotation with other workouts:

Circuit 1 (x2) 
Squat & Press (15 reps)
Ab Bikes (20 per side) 
Jump Squats (15 reps) 
Walking Lunges *w/ or w/o weight* (12 per side)
~Rest~
Circuit 2 (x2)
Burpees (10 reps)
Plank (1 min.)
Push Ups (12 reps)
Dips (12 reps)

Repeat Circuit 1 (x2) and Circuit 2 (x2)
