Tulle skirts make me think of sugar plum fairies, the ballet, snow and pretty much anything wintery. I bought this skirt specifically for a holiday party last year, see post here, and like most event specific pieces I tend to lump these items in the back of my closet post event and forget about them. However this tulle skirt was a purchase I want to make the most of, repurpose numerous ways and get creative styling. So with Fall weather just around the corner I decided to get some Summer wear out of it and keep it casual for a hot afternoon outside. I got to step outside of my usual fashion comfort zone and wear a more girly, country style look that I never would've thought of while still feeling 100% like myself. I will definitely be making more use of this skirt in the future now that I see how versatile it is.
