Before someone does it for me, disclaimer: I know this dress is not technically "midi" length but realistically it would be on a non giant human being, aka not me.
Sorry about the non existent post yesterday, if you follow me on Instagram you know I was in denial about the weekends end and pretending it was still Sunday, totally mature, I know. However I do tend to be realistic and quite mature about clothing, I like versatility, those pieces you can dress up and down, and that you can come up with at least 3 different ways to wear before you've even pressed check out and charged your card. Well this dress was never one of those pieces, I bought it to dress up, in my head midi length means formal, conservative and well just plain not casual. But I was proven wrong, I threw it on on a whim to see if it just might play the role of casual day dress and was pleasantly surprised and a little disappointed that I hadn't known this would be the case or tried it before. So my impractical self is subconsciously quite practical and mature after all, that makes up for my refusal to believe yesterday was Monday and the giant cup of Fro Yo to ease my "it can't really be Monday" blues, right?!
