{begin rant} Okay can we quickly talk about how much I've been missing Philadelphia, and my alma mater, Temple University, ever since spending last week in Philly?! Since being back home in DC, I've had the blues, my friends and boyfriend are a month away from starting back at classes and college life, finishing up their degrees, and I've entered thebig girl unemployment world all on my lonesome. It's so daunting, I've always been the anal OCD one with a plan but challenged myself to break free of my agenda and never ending lists to enjoy a summer letting loose, traveling and taking a break from the last 5 years of hard work and dedication. However, if I'm being completely honest, I am no good at going with the flow or relaxing for more than a weekend, and would love to be able to stick my head back in the books come September and seek yet another degree. {end rant} Okay there it is, besides having 'got the blues' I am super grateful for being able to take the summer off, looking forward to pursuing a career in the field I love, Social Work, and dedicating more time to the blog and all you lovely readers :)
And there you have it, longest post eva?!
Thanks for bearing with me...now on to these pants! Regardless of bringing up the blues they are seriously one of my faves, the color and fit are perfect and they sure do make any outfit pop!
As always, thank you for reading, seriously though, it means the world to me :)

This is definitely something I would wear. I love the coloured jeans look and I like how you've styled yours with a simple cami. Lovin the foldover clutch!
ReplyDeleteLOVE this outfit and your hair! I totally understand your rant...I've been that way lately too.
